  1. That mouse can’t be much of a meal for such a big bird but I suppose every little bit helps.
    I was going to say that skeleton might break a few bones if it fell off the ladder but it looks like it already lost a foot!

      New Hampshire Gardener,
      It is the second mouse I have see the male eagle with this fall. This one he chased down a crow and made it drop the mouse. Then the eagle picked it up. The skeleton was climbing the ladder to rescue a kitten in the tree, it is black and hard to see in the picture. Thank You…
