    These are really great captures! The lighting is unusual but works really well. It allows for so much feather detail. I particularly like the one with the eagle with its wings spread wide open in the nest and the one where it looks like it’s walking across the front of the nest.

      Teresa,
      Thank You. It was good but harsh light with an unusual dark sky in the background. It allowed the camera’s autofocus to really lock on. Every shot was spot on. With the third party lens I use usually in a burst there will be some a bit soft. Another factor was the strong wind. The eagles sort of hovered in place…
