    I didn’t see yesterday’s until now. Your thoughts are right on. And sometimes I just have to laugh about reality I can not change. This post, so many great shots, even the shot of the poop shot. I believe you’ve caught that before, still makes me laugh, though I think about how needed it is to avoid it getting in a nest. Thanks again for the ‘series’ of stop action photos, it always catches detail I’d never see by watching the birds fishing live. Loving the peckers, and even more so the sunrises at the Dam.

      All one can do sometimes is to laugh about what you can not change. It was a good day for a great variety to watch. Not a big fan of poop shots but it is natural so will include them on occasion. Shows the birds have been eating pretty well in the two today. Thank You…

  2. I’ve always wondered how birds didn’t break their necks picking fish out of water. It looks like that gull almost did!

      It is something how some can crash in to the water and have such little effect on them. That gull reaching back almost between its legs to attempt a pick up. Thank You…
