The first time I ever stood up on a swing I fell off and knocked myself unconscious. I hope the skeleton has better luck!
I never knew that eagles used so much grass in their nests. I wonder if they replace the old with new.
New Hampshire Gardener,
We will have to wait and see how the skeleton makes out. We made a swing off a tree branch in the woods and could stand on a fallen down log to launch. I landed on a cut off staub and impaled my upper thigh. My brother had to pull me up off it. Bleeding pretty good by the time I got to grandmom’s. She put mecure chrome on it and some gauze and tape. Still have the scar today. They will add grass even at times when the young are in the nest. They make a bed of it then have a hole for the eggs that they lay on. Thank You…
