An Hour Of Sun

Finally had the sun show up for an hour early yesterday morning. Then back to overcast and rain. It was nice to see a glimpse of sunshine. Here is hoping a little sunshine comes your way…

Grampy, That flashback photo is spectacular! And I must say, the Pelicans are growing on me; their “water skiing” feet as they come to the surface of the water always catches my eye. Even the sun rising is a picture story in itself. MCS

      Mary S,
Thank You, have not caught any eagles this year with a coot. I too love the way the pelicans ski to a landing. To see the sun after so many overcast days was great.

  2. Some sun is better than none. It’s snowing again here but I’m hoping for sunshine tomorrow.
The hawk doesn’t seem happy about the rain but the other birds don’t seem to mind.
That’s a great shot of the cardinal!

      New Hampshire Gardener,
Hope you get that sunshine. Revives the spirit. That is and odd colored juvenile Red Tailed Hawk. It has a lot of white on it. Have been trying to get a good shot of it. That is the best so far. Hope to catch it on a good light day. Thank You. Lots of cardinals here to brighten up a winter day.
