A Nice Winter Warm Up

We are having a winter warm up. What a difference a few days can make. A cloudy morning gave way to a bit of sunshine in the afternoon. I stayed home and worked in the yard. The maple trees in the front yard shed limbs like crazy. Picked up all the sticks and branches they dropped. Chopped up leaves, a nice winter break, better than shoveling snow…

  1. It got up to about 40 here today but the skunks wisely decided to stay in hibernation because we’ll surely see more cold.
    That’s a great shot of the blue jay on the hawks head. I’d say that was a lucky bird!

      Yes, we will be cold again soon enough. Hope we don’t see any more single digit temps. I got lucky on the jay dive bombing the hawk. The hawk flew to another tree and before it got there a couple crows were after it. Thank You…
