A Morning Out

I finally felt like staying out and photographing for a while this morning. Spent about two hours out. Got to watch an eagle pair do a little nest work and stopped at the river where the egrets and osprey were active. Headed on home before it got too hot…

  1. You got some nice shots so it was worth the trip!
It’s been hot here too and this week is supposed to be brutal. Hard to work in.

The oppressive heat and humid has been a challenge indeed. Enjoyed the pix of eagles again. Nice array of their behavior as a twosome, as usual. Female pecking at the male, the Egret’s grace, and the Osprey’s soar with catch are each especially good to see. Glad you got out.

      Ellen Bunnell,
Just not enjoyable to get too hot. It was nice to see the eagles working at the nest. They roost nearby but usually head for the river as soon as the sun starts up over the horizon…
