Morning Sunshine Evening Overcast

I got out early and late yesterday. Clear skies and sunshine early. In the middle of the day taking the “Little Woman” to physical therapy. Happy to report that her knee replacement after five weeks is coming along well. In the evening I got back out again.  The skies had that wintry overcast slate gray look. Did not find much. One surprise when a male eagle flew in and landed on a female. It did not look like mating but a display of dominance ?

  1. I’m glad to hear that the knee is doing well. I might end up with a new one myself someday!
We had another snowstorm today so there was no chance for photos, but I’m glad you got some good ones. Nice to see the red winged blackbirds! I hope they’ll come here soon.

I bet you are ready for a break from snow after three nor’ easters. We have a few red wings all winter but the numbers have really picked up lately. Nice to hear and watch them puff up and sing…
